LA PUENTE, Calif. (May 10, 2017) — Brightway Insurance is expanding across the country and on Monday, May 15, will open its first two Agencies in California, both of which are in Los Angeles County. Serving consumers in and around San Gabriel Valley is veteran Insurance Agent and now Brightway Agency Owner, Mylynn Kwok, who is opening Brightway, The AllSource Agency. While new to the Golden State, Brightway Insurance is the nation’s seventh largest privately held Personal Lines independent insurance agency.
Kwok’s team brings more than 30 years’ insurance experience to the new Agency.

Kwok comes to Brightway with 17 years of insurance experience. The Agency she worked with has earned numerous awards for high production and excellent service, such as the Agency Achievement Award and Line Leaders Award. Kwok earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance from California State University, Los Angeles. She speaks five languages including English, Mandarin, Cantonese, Vietnamese and Tew Chiu. She has been married for 19years, has three children and is very involved in her children’s schools, the PTA, School Site Council, Senior Grad Night Council and girls’ basketball program. Kwok is very active in her children’s basketball activities with the Japanese American Optimist Club and Community Youth Council. These organizations represent the Asian-American basketball teams in the San Gabriel Valley. She is also a member of the Ming Ya Buddhist Foundation and Thien Hau Temple in LA. While Kwok has earned the trust of many consumers in her community already, she looks forward to wowing them with more choice than they have ever before experienced or expected as a Brightway Agency Owner.
Joining Kwok as she opens the first California-based Brightway Agency is Ty Lao, who brings more than 15 years of insurance and sales experience. He speaks English, Mandarin and Tew Chiu.
