JACKSONVILLE, FLA. — Congratulations to Employee of the Month for August 2021, Rob Billups!

Billups is a Customer Service Representative II at Brightway. In this role, he answers calls from customers and assists them with service needed on their policies. He has been with the company nearly four years and continues to be the best he can be, day in and day out.

During a virtual ceremony to recognize Billups, Service Center Team Lead, Jacob Stone, said: “Rob is a star employee because he’s patient with customers, he works to make sure issues are resolved and Agents enjoy working with him – so much so that he’s received numerous kudos from them recently.”

Brightway launched the Employee of the Month program in 2020 to give frequent recognition to employees who do fantastic work. The program recognizes two to three employees every month.

Honorees for the distinction receive a gift and a “thank you” message from Brightway’s Executive Leadership. They also move on to be considered for Employee of the Quarter.
