Jacksonville, Fla. (July 13, 2017) – Brightway today celebrated the culmination of an extensive training program that prepares new Insurance Service Center Customer Service Representatives to provide exceptional service to customers. The company trains representatives on handling customer calls and guides new hires through the licensure process and covers the licensure fee so once they complete the comprehensive course, they are licensed insurance professionals ready to hit the ground running.
The three-phase program includes five weeks of training, one week of licensing and three weeks of nesting, where representatives take calls with assistance from seasoned team members.
