JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — Brightway Insurance today graduated 13 insurance professionals from its Service Center training program, and the graduates set a new record at the Jacksonville-based company. The group’s overall average score on the new hire weekly exams, is the highest of any Brightway class.
The graduation marks the beginning of these professionals’ insurance careers. The extensive training program prepares new Insurance Service Center Customer Service Representatives to provide industry-leading service to Brightway’s 260,000 customers.
As Brightway grows, so does the need to have more Customer Service Representatives with diversified skillsets.
Brightway trains representatives on handling customer calls and guides new hires through the licensure process. Additionally, the company covers the licensure fee for new hires, so they are licensed insurance professionals ready to hit the ground running once they complete the course.
The three-phase program is 11 weeks long and includes training, licensing and nesting, where representatives take calls with assistance from seasoned team members.
