The Agency opens on Monday, April 11 and is located at 859 South Yellowstone Highway, Suite 1201 in Rexburg.
“We have always been an entrepreneurial family, and our hunt for an opportunity to provide a valuable experience and product to our community in Idaho is what led us to Brightway,” says Mike Thompson, who is opening the Agency with his son Mark. “As insurance agency owners, we look forward to providing world-class customer service and leverage the Brightway system to provide the best products to meet our customers’ needs.”
The Thompsons bring decades of sales experience to their agency, and their family has been part of the Idaho community, off and on, for the last 50 years. Both Mike and Mark have MBAs in International Business, and experience working and living throughout the United States, as well as Canada and Asia. They now look forward to spending the next phase of their personal and professional lives in their home base of Idaho.
Brightway, The Thompson Agency offers customized Home, Flood, Auto, Boat, Condo, Renters, Personal Articles, RV, Motorcycle and Umbrella insurance policies from numerous insurance companies. Hours of operation are Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Saturday by appointment.
Brightway’s corporate office staff provides expertise and support in areas including customer service, technology, accounting, marketing, distribution and business analytics. In addition, Brightway handles carrier relations and appointments, as well as support with personnel hiring, licensing, onboarding, training and retention. The company’s signature after-the-sale service empowers Agency Owners, like Mike and Mark, to focus on new business sales and provide customers the personalized service they deserve.
