Residents in and around the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex now can experience a better way to buy insurance for their homes, vehicles and much more as Madeline and David Ricci open Brightway, The Ricci Agency on Monday, May 16. The Agency is located at 580 Decker Drive, Suite 270 in Irving.

Ricci was born in Puerto Rico and grew up in Miami Beach, Fla. Much of her background lies within the financial industries, where she spent 18 years in management roles at The Associate Financial Services. She is also a health enthusiast and owner of an all-women’s fitness studio. She co-owns the agency with her husband, David.
David, grew up in Wisconsin before moving to Texas. He served in multiple positions in senior leadership in his corporate years before joining Madeline in building their national signing service, working with the top 1% of Title Agencies and Mortgage companies. He serves as a member of the Leadership Council for the National Small Business Association.
Madeline and David believe in giving back to the community. They are proud Platinum Sponsors of Grace Grapevine, sponsor a scholarship for Holy Trinity Catholic School and donate to a number of other causes close to their hearts.
Ricci brought Maggie Parnell to her Brightway agency staff. Maggie will serve as the agency’s principal. Maggie brings a wealth of industry knowledge, management and operations experience to her role having worked for one of the largest personal lines brokers in the country.
Brightway, The Ricci Agency offers customized Home, Flood, Auto, Boat, Condo, Renters, Personal Articles, RV, Motorcycle, Umbrella, and Life insurance policies from numerous insurance companies. Hours of operation are Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. (CST) and Saturday/Sunday by appointment.
Brightway’s corporate office staff provides expertise and support in areas including customer service, technology, accounting, marketing, distribution, and business analytics. In addition, Brightway handles carrier relations and appointments, as well as support with personnel hiring, licensing, onboarding, training, and retention.
