After 8 years at Brightway and 34 years in the insurance industry, Leslie Wright, Chief of Staff, announced her retirement effective Friday, March 4.
Leslie joined Brightway in March 2014 as AVP, Marketing & Communications, was promoted to Vice President the following year, and assumed the role of Chief of Staff in January 2020.
While at Brightway, she has been instrumental in refining and streamlining operational processes and practices to improve the new Agency Owner onboarding experience and ensure Brightway provides all Agency Owners with ongoing support to succeed and grow their business. Described as a dedicated, results-driven leader who makes herself available to Agency Owners and Producers 24/7, Leslie is just as well known for her infectious laugh.
