When you become a Brightway franchisee, the marketing team will communicate with your customers on your behalf to ensure they are well-equipped with need-to-know information. For example, as part of our efforts to make Brightway customers as prepared as possible during storm seasons, all Brightway customers will soon receive a personalized email with their policy information. It will include information that needs to be on-hand and accessible following a storm, in the event our customer needs to file a claim. The emails will include their insurance company claims reporting number, along with instructions to keep all of their insurance documentation in a safe place to be ready to take with them in the event of an evacuation. This is just one more way Brightway provides world-class service to its customers and comprehensive support to franchisees to ensure their greatest success.
