The company is pleased to announce that insurance veteran and now Brightway Agency Owner, Jasmine Walker, is opening Brightway, The Walker Agency at 2315 West Arbors Drive, Suite 200 in Charlotte (in The Arbors Professional Center) Monday, Aug. 24.
“I entered the industry as an Agent but always wanted to be able to offer a variety of product and brand options to my customers,” said Walker, who is licensed to sell insurance in North Carolina and South Carolina. “Brightway's franchise opportunity came across my path, and it was the perfect opportunity that allows me to leverage my experience to offer expert counsel and more choice of insurance brands to my community.”
Walker joined Brightway as an Independent Agent eight months ago and brings 20 years of insurance industry experience and a relentless work ethic with her to Brightway. At Meadowbrook Insurance, she was a Territory Manager and among the top producers awarded for sales. Walker earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies from Western Michigan University in Kalamazoo. A proud mother of three, she is the former President of the Charlotte Chapter of Mocha Moms, Inc. and a member of First Missionary Baptist Church in nearby Concord. For fun, she loves to spend time with her family and friends enjoying activities, such as shopping, exercising, listening to music, fine-dining, dancing and relaxing at the spa.
Walker feels blessed to be able to help her family and the community as a Brightway Agency Owner, which is priceless to her.

Hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. (EDT) and Saturday, 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.
