Prior to joining Brightway, Nick served in the U.S. Navy and spent five years in retail banking. He was drawn to Brightway because of the investment we make in helping our employees grow their careers.
“Brightway provided me with a lot of opportunities to learn the business," said Nick. "These experiences led me to where I am today.”
As a Franchise Sales Consultant, Nick helped to attract new Franchise Owners to Brightway. In this role, he learned a lot about the opportunities Franchise Owners have for unlimited growth when opening their businesses. As a Distribution Consultant, he helped to deliver the unparalleled levels of support Franchise Owners enjoy from Home Office staff, helping them to focus on sales.
Now, as Agency Development Manager, he bridges the Franchise Development and the Distribution Consultant worlds, highlighting for new Franchise Owners all of the resources we offer to help them be as successful as possible.
“I feel empowered knowing that the work I’m doing has a direct effect on the success of our franchisees and the company as a whole. We have a small business feel with big business opportunity,” he said.
Nick’s advice to anyone who has recently joined Brightway is to take advantage of every opportunity and always give 110 percent.
