The Agency is located at 127 Abercorn Street, Suite 207 in Savannah (in the brick building at the corner of Abercorn Street and East York Lane, across the street from Oglethorpe Square).
“I love the town of Savannah and all of its surrounding areas,” said Pakebusch, who is licensed to sell insurance in Georgia and South Carolina. “My team and I are thrilled to establish a great agency focused on serving the people of our hometown.”
Pakebusch is a resident of Savannah who relocated here from Texas to start his Brightway Agency. He is excited about joining the Brightway team and brings 30 years of sales and customer service experience. Pakebusch and his wife, Jennifer, of 20 years have two daughters – one who attends The Savannah School of Art and Design and the other who will attend the University of Georgia in Athens, in the Fall.
Brightway, The Pakebusch Agency offers customized Home, Flood, Auto, Boat, Condo, Renters, Personal Articles, RV, Motorcycle and Umbrella insurance policies from numerous insurance brands. Hours of operation are Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. (EST) and Saturday/Sunday by appointment.
Brightway’s corporate office staff provides expertise and support in areas including customer service, technology, accounting, marketing, distribution and business analytics. In addition, Brightway handles carrier relations and appointments, as well as support with personnel hiring, licensing, onboarding, training and retention. The company’s signature after-the-sale service empowers Agency Owners, like Pakebusch, to focus on new business sales and provide customers the personalized service they deserve.
