Bell’s Agency is located within the Punta Gorda Chamber of Commerce Building, located at 252 W Marion Avenue, Unit 1124 in Punta Gorda.
Bell comes to Brightway with 26 years’ experience as an Insurance Agent.

Bell comes to Brightway from Gallagher & Co., which acquired Lutgert Insurance three years ago. He spent seven years there as a Commercial Agent. Prior to that, he was an Allstate Agent for 19 years in Rhode Island, where he owned his own Agency for 13 of those years before moving to Florida in 2012. Bell is a member of the Southwest Regional Manufacturers Association. He supports charitable organizations such as Valerie’s House, National Down Syndrome Congress, Community Cooperative and others. For fun, he enjoys watching his children play soccer, riding his motorcycle, playing chess and learning to sail. As a Brightway Agent, he looks forward to leveraging his experience and the many insurance brands that Brightway partners with to offer expert counsel and more choice to his friends and neighbors.
