During the first of its kind on Thursday, June 15, 11 Brightway franchisees who recently renewed their contracts traveled to the Home Office in Jacksonville, Fla.
During the day, franchisees learned about updates to the Customer Service Center, new Marketing tools that are provided to them and much more. And, the day allowed these business owners to reflect:
