Cole is a Financial Analyst at Brightway. In this role, she ensures the company’s finances are accurate and timely payment to franchise owners.
During a virtual ceremony to recognize Cole, Brightway’s Accounting Commissions Manager, Tracy Mulloy, said, “Sarah has a can-do attitude and is committed to doing whatever it takes to get the job done, even if this means staying late in the office to ensure accuracy of commission reports so Franchise Owners are paid on time.
“She has a passion for quality work and continues to implement huge change to workflows. In the last few months, Sarah has tweaked the template we use in recording pass-through charges, greatly reducing any errors to the data that is recorded. This is a big Win!

Brightway launched the Employee of the Month program a year ago to give frequent recognition to employees who do fantastic work. The program recognizes two employees every month.
