JACKSONVILLE, FLA. — Congratulations to Employee of the Month for March 2020, Jamie Duguid!

Jamie is a Cloud Solutions Analyst who has worked at Brightway more than three years.

When the Coronavirus began to spread into the U.S. earlier this month and government officials began urging residents to stay at home, Jamie played an integral role in quickly equipping the Home Office team with cloud-based technology that enabled Brightway to deploy all 270 corporate employees to work remotely and safely from their homes within only a few days.

“Jamie’s efforts to get us all remote were nothing short of heroic,” said Brightway Chief Technology Officer, Bob Hitchcock.

Brightway launched the Employee of the Month program in February to give frequent recognition to employees who do fantastic work. The program recognizes two employees every month.

With employees working remotely as a result of the Coronavirus, Brightway began to hold Employee of the Month celebrations via teleconference in March.  Honorees for the distinction receive a Visa gift card and an electronic “thank you” message from Brightway’s Executive Leadership.
