JACKSONVILLE, FLA. — Brightway exists to help everyone associated with the business—regardless of role—achieve their personal potential. For some, pursuing additional education is a path to reaching their potential. That is why Jacksonville-based Brightway is proud to unveil its new Tuition Assistance Program to its employees. The Tuition Assistance Program will take effect Jan. 1, 2019.
“We’re committed to recruiting and retaining top talent and are thrilled to invest in the futures of our workforce by adding tuition assistance to our very competitive benefits package,” said Brightway Co-founder and Chairman, Michael Miller.”
How the Tuition Assistance Program works

- $3,000 for undergraduate coursework
- $5,250 for graduate coursework
The Tuition Assistance Program is the latest addition to Brightway’s competitive benefits package that features:
- Competitive salary
- 401(k) with a market-leading 4 percent match and no vesting period
- Health, Dental, Vision and Life insurance
- Wellness programs
- Generous Paid Time Off
