JACKSONVILLE, Fla. (Aug. 17, 2017) — Recently recognized as one of Florida’s largest privately held companies and one of Northeast Florida’s fastest growing companies, Brightway Insurance today celebrated the culmination of an extensive training program that prepares new Insurance Service Center Customer Service Representatives to provide industry leading service to customers. The graduating class included 20 insurance professionals, which makes it the largest new hire class to graduate from Brightway’s Service Center training program.
“Our goal is to make every customer’s experience with Brightway delightful,” said Brightway’s Vice President of Customer Experience, Kris Azar. “We have a rigorous training program to prepare our representatives so they can deliver on that goal.”
Azar added, “In fact, we recently conducted a post-call survey with customers who called our Service Center. Of those who responded, 97.4 percent said they would hire the representative they spoke to.”
Brightway trains representatives on handling customer calls and guides new hires through the licensure process. Additionally, Brightway covers the licensure fee for new hires, so they are licensed insurance professionals ready to hit the ground running once they complete the course.
The three-phase program includes five weeks of training, one week of licensing and three weeks of nesting, where representatives take calls with assistance from seasoned team members.
