Paul Griffin and John Powell recently joined Brightway as Distribution Consultants. In this role, Griffin and Powell provide one-on-one counsel to Agency Owners on how best to grow their business.

Paul Griffin, CLCS, comes to Brightway from Nationwide, where he was a District Sales Manager covering five states in the Southeast for seven years. With 20 years’ experience in Property and Casualty, Life and Financial Services, Paul is a tremendous asset to Brightway Agency Owners in the greater Tampa area, Southwest Florida, Pennsylvania and Michigan, who he is working with directly. Griffin lives in Tampa, Fla.
John Powell, MBA, CLSC, brings 16 years of insurance and project management experience to Brightway. He comes to Brightway from Nationwide, where he was an Agency Development Sales Manager responsible for recruiting, developing and building franchise agencies. John successfully installed 19 brand new agencies throughout Metro Atlanta and Georgia, and we expect great things from him as he works with our Agency Owners in the Florida Panhandle, the greater Orlando area, Georgia, Alabama, Louisiana and Missouri. Powell lives in Atlanta, Ga.
