JACKSONVILLE, FLA. – As Brightway Insurance employees continue to work remotely, leaders within the organization continue to recognize excellent work through Brightway’s employee recognition programs.
Since March, the company has continued its tradition of recognizing Employees of the Month remotely by hosting virtual celebrations to recognize honorees, keeping employees together while they work far apart. On Wednesday, June 24, Brightway held its first virtual Employee of the Quarter celebration, a distinction honoring six employees who exemplify Brightway’s Core Values of being Smart, Accountable and Trustworthy.
As part of the celebration, all employees were invited to join a “watch party” hosted via video call during which recorded remarks and a digital balloon drop honoring the six employees were played. Participants then left congratulatory remarks of their own in the chat window to be read by the winners. The winners also received $500 Visa gift cards.
